My Supports

Supporters in my daily environment are many but I will tell you about the most important ones.  My son is one of my biggest supporters, he always seem to know when I need a hug or an “I love you mommy”.  He reminds me to do my homework or readings he is the joy of my life. Next would have to be my secretary well she is more than that she is also my best friend. She is there to support me no matter what it is. She provides an ear for me to vent when my supervisor or others from administration calls for me to do other centers works, she lets me cry on her shoulder when I’m having personal problems. When I think I can’t continue with school, work and being a mother she is there to listen and when I’m finished she tells me all the reasons why I can do it. My children by other mothers are a great source of support. They help me with taking my son to baseball practice, cooking for him and encouragement.  These supports keep me going to know that I can do all that I do. Without them I don’t think I would have the drive to do all that I do on a daily basis.  If this support system was not there for me I really think I would be lost. I know I would not be able to be in school because my son comes first in my life. Some days I can’t take him to practice or games because I have reading or other school work to do or I bring work home to do and they step in and make sure he is taken care of. My best friend keeps me calm and helps me to bite my tongue and telling my supervisor and other administration what I really feel about them. She helps me to do a better job and she encourages me to be better every day.
