I would like to thank all of my classmates for your support during this class and helping me to continue my growth as a ECE professional. I hope to see all of you in other classes as we continue on our journey through the masters program. Good luck to all!

Code of Ethics

three ideals contained in the NAEYC and DEC codes of ethics that are meaningful
to you, and explain their significance to your professional life.
NAEYC
I-1.3 To recognize and respect the unique qualities, abilities, and potential of each child.
We as teachers may some times forget that all children are differnt and that they learn different. I feel that this idea is very important so that teachers don't lose their focus on anyone child and treated them all as the unique people that they are.
I-1.8 To support the rights of each child to play and learn in an inclusive environment that meets the needs of children with and without disablities.
All children have the right to play and learn they do thisat the same time. Children should be given handss on activities and be allowed to explore the world around them.
DEC
We shall recognize our responsibility to improve the developmental outcomes of children and to provide services and support in a fair and equitable manner to all families and children.
I very much feel that it is our responibility to to improve the development of children we must also provide the services families might need in support of their cgildrn.
